ARE WE MORE THAN BOXING?
Life in the Bronx isn’t easy.
Too many of our Bronx youth grow up facing challenges no child should have to carry alone.
Some come to El Maestro looking for boxing.
Many leave with confidence, mentors, purpose, and a community that believes in them.
AT EL MAESTRO, BOXING IS ONLY THE BEGINNING.

Mentorship & Youth Development
Beyond the boxing ring, El Maestro supports young people through mentorship, guidance, and youth development. We help students build leadership skills, self-control, responsibility, and a positive mindset.
Our goal is to help every young person understand their value, make positive choices, and see a future full of opportunity.
Anti-Bullying & Confidence Building
Through boxing, mentorship, and education, we help youth build confidence, protect themselves, and respond to challenges with discipline instead of violence.
El Maestro provides a safe space where young people feel supported, respected, and encouraged.
Cultural Education
